1. **Eligibility**: Open to verified MetAlert shareholders only. Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States. Employees of MetAlert and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. **Contest Period**: Begins on Dec 1st, 2023 and ends with the 100th Subscriber.
3. **How to Enter**: Participants must complete the sign-up form, including full name, valid email address, and confirm their shareholder status by selecting “I am a Shareholder”. No purchase necessary.
4. **Winner Selection**: 10 winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries after the contest closes.
5. **Prizes**: Each winner will receive one “If It Moves” Home Tracking Device. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. **Winner Notification**: Winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the contest ending. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [Number] days of notification, MetAlert reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
7. **General Conditions**: MetAlert reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond MetAlert’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
8. **Release and Limitations of Liability**: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MetAlert, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
9. **Disputes**: This contest is governed by the laws of California. As a condition of participating in this contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
10. **Privacy**: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on MetAlert’s website.
