Today, strategic partner to GTX Corp (OTC:GTXO), Inventergy Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVT) announced and discussed the value of the Company’s patent portfolio, part of which includes several of GTX Corp’s patents which were licensed in July 2016 when GTX joined forces with Inventergy Innovations, LLC (“Inventergy”), a subsidiary to Inventergy Global.
In a definitive agreement between the companies, Inventergy holds exclusive rights to license or sell three GTX patents – US 8,154,401, US 8,760,286, and US 9,219,978, commonly referred to as the “Comm. Protocol” or “286” Family.
