COPsync and GTX Corp Sign Mutual Referral Agreement for Products Targeting Law Enforcement and Safety

DALLAS, TX – April 11, 2016 – COPsync, Inc. (NASDAQ: COYN), a leading network services company operating the nation’s only law enforcement in-car, real-time information sharing and data communication platform and the COPsync911™ threat-alert service for schools and potentially at-risk facilities, announced today that it has entered into a mutual referral agreement with GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), a global provider of a Personal Location Services (PLS) platform using wearable technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will provide joint referral and introduction services, initially targeting law enforcement agencies, care facilities, and hospitals.

COPsync is undergoing an aggressive nationwide sales expansion of its cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) network. The COPsync Network™ currently has customers in approximately 79% of the 254 counties in the State of Texas and has a growing list of subscribers in Louisiana, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
