GTX Corp and RACO Industries Sign Distribution Agreement to Sell SmartSoles

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA –July 13, 2016 – GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO),an IoT platform in the personal location GPS wearable and wandering assistive technology business announced the signing of a distribution agreement with , a GPS application solutions integrator headquartered in Cincinnati Ohio. The agreement grants RACO exclusive distribution rights to the Location Based Services industry in the United States for the GPS SmartSoles and other GTX Corp products. In order to maintain exclusivity, RACO is committing to purchasing a minimum of 15,000 units over the next 3 years. GTX Corp Signs Definitive Patent Agreement with Inventergy and Receives First Payment

Los Angeles, Calif. – July 6, 2016– GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), an IoT platform in the personal location wearable and wandering assistive technology business, announced today signing a definitive agreement with Inventergy Innovations, LLC  (“Inventergy”), a subsidiary ofInventergy Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVT) a Silicon Valley-based intellectual property company, led by IP industry veteran and former Hewlett-Packard  executive, Joe Beyers, to spearhead their monetization efforts for its personal wireless location-based services IP assets. GTX Corp Signs Research Collaboration Agreement with George Mason University’s College of Health and Human Services

Los Angeles, Calif. – June 29, 2016– GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), an IoT platform in the personal location wearable and wandering assistive technology business, announced today the signing of a collaboration agreement with George Mason University’s College of Health and Human Services. In collaboration with investigators from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University, who have expertise in the economics of disease management and mobile health technologies, the University will utilize GTX technology and data in order to study wandering habits in elderly people with Alzheimer’s and dementia. On May 18-20, Google I/O 2016 featured thousands of developers and products, including GTX Corp’s SmartSole and Smart Locator Application, for three days at Google’s annual developer conference at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA.
